You can delete your account at any time through Profile Settings in the app. Upon deletion, your personal information (name, phone, email, birth details, location) is anonymized. Our AI features (Vedic AI Guru, chart briefs) use advanced AI models. While trained on Vedic astrology principles, AI predictions may contain inaccuracies or interpretations that differ from traditional practices. Always cross-reference with verified astrologers.
We use professional-grade astronomical calculation systems with traditional Vedic methodology for precise planetary calculations. Accuracy depends on correct birth data (date, time, location). Inaccurate inputs will yield inaccurate results. We are not liable for decisions made based on predictions.
Astrological predictions are interpretive by nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, life events, or the accuracy of future predictions. Use our services as one tool among many for personal insight.
Astrologers on Vedics.ai are vetted for knowledge and professionalism. However, they are independent practitioners. Their advice reflects personal interpretations within Vedic astrology traditions.
Refunds are issued if: (1) astrologer fails to join within 24 hours, (2) technical issues prevent service delivery, or (3) ethical violations occur. No refunds for unsatisfactory predictions or personal disagreement with interpretations. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
Cancel consultations up to 2 hours before scheduled time for full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Astrologers may cancel due to emergencies with full refund.
Vedics.ai operates globally. By using our services, you consent to data processing in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Astrology laws vary by jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Language Support: Services are available in English and Hindi. Consultations may be offered in additional languages based on astrologer availability.
